Nanotechnology

In our clean room (ISO class 6) and optics laboratories, we manufacture and characterize novel optoelectronic components. For this purpose, in addition to thin-film techniques and the classic lithography processes, various nanotechnological manufacturing processes are used, and new processes are developed and investigated.
