While LEDs for signal functions and interior lighting have already been established for several years, increased implementation for headlamp applications is on the horizon in the next few years.

Under this premise, we are researching the properties of the light source itself, its optical and thermal behavior within lighting systems, and the effect of light on humans and their perception.
